The first REGENT Pipe Squeeze Tools were developed in 1953, for Southern Counties Gas Company, now known as Southern California Gas Co., a SEMPRA Energy Company.Several decades later, REGENT TOOLS, INC. became a wholly owned subsidiary of SECOR, in 2007.  Today, REGENT TOOLS Steel Pipe Squeezers accommodate pipe sizes ranging from ¾” all the way up to 24” IPS, and have a clamping capacity of 18 to 260 tons.
